    I have found these coaching sessions really valuable. This was an open and honest conversation between the coach (Darrell) and myself. Un-biased and non-judgemental. I was allowed the freedom to speak freely without interruption. The focus was on me, I wasn’t being pushed in to a specific direction, I had to find my own way and that was right for me.
    I definitely got what I wanted, I was able to make my decision and once made I felt more comfortable and relaxed.

    Being quite a reserved person who does not want to talk about myself in any situation. Darrell in the first session penetrated my armour and had me talking in no time. 

    The result was a great conversation in all our sessions, which has helped me enormously to tackle a perceived fear that I felt that I had. 

    I now have the tools to breeze through the situations that were going to cause me anguish.
